Love it, perfect to enhance a cheese and mushroom omelette. It works a treat with new potato and boiled egg salad.

healthy oil

I mix this with olive oil for dressing, and then the taste is disguised. I find it strange on its own. Also, it works very well for frying, and the label says it is very healthy, which is encouraging!
