My first comment was eaten by a bug :!mad:, so here is a new try:
I just want to tell you how much I enjoy cooking with the whiskey, heather and garlic salt. We bought them during our vacation to Scotland when we had dinner at the Oyster Bar at Loch Fyne. Every pinch of salt brings back memories of this wonderful trip. We love Scotland so much. Meanwhile I rarely use anything else but these salts. Best we like them on salad or vegetables, so the taste comes through the most.
Also thank your for the very fast delivery. When I ordered your stuff I also ordered two other products here in Germany (also via Internet), and guess which one was the first to arrive here? That was really quick. So I have to thank Phillipa, as you mentioned below.

A really stunning selection of products - it's become very difficult to cook any meal now with out them! The smokies are a revelation, wonderful for meats but I seem to use them in just about everything. The smoked paprika makes the most incredible smoked tuna pasta - and the garlic flakes are incredible sprinkled on just about anything. Salads without them and Moffat Meadows now seem a sad and bland thing...
Keep up the terrific work, all my friends in Texas are constantly asking for tasters of Uncle Roys whenever I bring some home!

Friends of our won this Smokey Scotch Whisky Salt at a Scottish American party. It made the most delectable rib eye steaks and roasted vegetables. Is there anywhere in the USA to buy it? :!hi:

Just got to tell you I made meringues using your concentrated rose extract and small red rose petals. Wow! Fantastic. Lovely with strawberries. Love your products. Super fast delivery too! Go Uncle Roy's!! :!party: :p

hello

i use your gravy salt because it has no additives. i would use more of your products if i knew exactly what was in them. why don't you list all ingredients of a product on the web? what is in the lemon oil for example?

Admin reply: One of the problems is information overload - too much printed word and we all switch off! You will note on our home page that we ensure that our products are gluten-free, dairy-free and suitable for vegetarians. With very few exceptions they are also additive-free and where that is not the case we include mention of anything significant (E numbers in some of the Sweets And Treats From Yesteryear for instance)-just click on the"More Details" button - and that works for the Extracts too - it tells you what is in it!
