Natural Extracts, Essences and Colours
Throw away those jars of tasteless herbs and spices - these will keep their real flavour to the last drop.Just add to taste, usually just before serving - you will find that 5-6 drops is about equal to a teaspoon of fresh ingredient. When the Guild of Fine Food expanded the scope of the GREAT TASTE AWARDS in 2008 we submitted a couple of flavours and sure enough we got a couple of GOLD AWARDS. Sadly they no longer judge ingredients but we proved a point - they are all so good !!!!
By the way we now add a tiny spot of Rosemary Extract to the Extracts - which is a powerful natural anti-oxidant - for long life.
